• Structural analysis (gravity & lateral systems)
• Design of shear walls, RC flat plate slabs, and vertical elements
• Foundation design for columns and shear walls (shallow foundations) for apartment & design of foundation for the Precast Garage
• Preparation of structural design documentation and calculation packages to support permit submissions
• Multidisciplinary design coordination
